Onboarding

Every strategy needs a plan.

We will start by creating a tailored plan for your business. A plan consists of 3 main parts:

  • Positioning and offer creation: What do you want to be known for? And what are you offering to your clients. This also includes picking a niche.
  • Ideal Client Profile: Who are you talking to? What are their pain points? And where do they engage?
  • Content plan: We will create a monthly, weekly, and daily plan for your social media accounts based on your positioning, offer, and ICP.

This part is the base of the 7-step framework. It's what will make or break the rest of our strategy. So take your time and get them right before moving to the next step.

Step 02

Month 1

Let the fun begin.

We start our first month by building our personal brand on social media. You want to become an authority in your space in order to gain the trust and credibility of your clients.

In the first month we will focus solely on one main goal: Grow your follower base.

Your social media efforts will be focused on getting your first 500 followers.

From there, getting from 500 to 5000 will be an easier journey. Because you already have the basics.

Here's what you need to do in the 1st month:

  • Share at least 3 threads & long posts on Twitter and Linkedin every week so that's 12 long posts in the first month.
  • Share at least 5 short posts on Twitter and LinkedIn every week. So that's 20 posts in the first month.
  • Create assets like PDFs, Docs, and Infographics and offer them for free using Auto DMs
  • Share at least 5 stories of your wins with your audience in the first month
  • Search and follow your ideal clients on Twitter and LinkedIn. In the case of LinkedIn, send them a connection request.
  • Engage with your ideal clients on social media for at least 10 minutes every day (likes, comments…).


This is our plan for the first month. If we work together, I'll do most of the work for you so you can focus on the more important tasks for your business.

By the end of the first month:
  • You shared 12 long posts & Threads on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • You shared 20 short posts.
  • You followed at least 100 ideal clients
  • You engaged with your ideal clients for at least 5 hours (10 minutes/day * 30 days)


Once you finish your goal, you can move to the 2nd month.

Step 03

Month 2

In your second month of this strategy, you will put yourself in front of clients and position yourself as an authority in the market.

By the end of this month, you will have at least 3 client calls and 1000 followers on Twitter and LinkedIn.

We will also continue writing the same type of content but we will add 3 new forms:

  • Video tutorials
  • Authority-based strategies
  • Self-promotion content


The goal of this month is to position yourself as an authority in your field and make clients aware of your service.

Step 04

Month 3

In month 3, we will continue our plan from the second month. However, we will reach out to your potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and Twitter DMs.

Now that you have +1000 followers on Twitter & LinkedIn, most of those followers are warm. They follow you, they know who you are, and they're aware of your service.

So when you reach out to them, there's a much higher chance they will reply, because they know you.

I suggest starting with the most engaging clients during the last 2 months. Those who like and reply to your posts the most. Those are warm leads. Reach out to them with a warm and short message and see if you can work together.

Here's an example:

Body: Hey John,
quick question, are you interested in XYZ?

[YOUR NAME]

Simple and short messages tend to get higher reply rates.

I see a lot of mistakes made by business owners when doing outreach. So here are some advice:

- Avoid long emails and DMs. - Avoid sending long promotional messages - Avoid mentioning your price in the message. Keep the price for the call - Always pitch a call not a purchase

If you have case studies, mention them. They give you higher credibility. If you don't have case studies, offer a money-back guarantee or a free trial.

If you follow this strategy, there's now way you don't get a flow of leads who want to work with you in the next 90 - 120 days.
